On foot
Follow the Paseo Marítimo along the beach; we're at the quieter southern end of La Carihuela, a pleasant 20-minute seafront walk from central Torremolinos or 10 minutes from Puerto Marina, Benalmádena.
Bus & train
The M-110 coastal bus stops near Hotel La Barracuda — walk down to the seafront and turn left. From Torremolinos train station (Cercanías C1 from Málaga airport), it's about 25 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.
By car
Free street parking is scarce in summer; try the public car parks off Calle Carmen Montes or around Plaza del Remo, then walk two minutes to the beach.
Landmark
Look for the corner of Calle de las Arenas and the promenade — if your feet are in the sand, you've gone one step too far.
