Who we are

This website is operated for The Sunset Inn, Playa de la Carihuela 15, 29620 Torremolinos, Spain ("we"). For anything related to your personal data, contact us at olaruandrei@gmail.com.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and your message. We collect nothing else through this site — there are no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no user accounts.

Why and for how long

We use the details you send solely to answer your enquiry or manage your booking request (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are delivered to our mailbox and kept only as long as needed to deal with your request, then deleted.

Who processes the data

Form messages are delivered by Resend (transactional email) and the form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile; the website is served by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf. The map on our Find Us page is embedded from Google Maps — Google may set its own cookies when you interact with the map.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es). Just email olaruandrei@gmail.com.
